The product was nicely wrapped upon arrival without request, but upon opening on Christmas it was borken(and not just slightly, it clearly broken upon arrival). After the embarrassing situation (as it was a gift to my husband) I had to order it again, and was given no apology after I said what happened. Luckily the second one was not broken as it was wrapped again and I couldn't just quickly check upon arrival. I have bought many products from Purpink and have given a lot of money in tips, so I am very disappointed in this unfortunate bat customer service and lack of acknowledgement.
