For locations outside Nairobi, we provide next-day delivery via Fargo Courier for KSh 500 (order by 4:00 pm), while international shipping is available through DHL Express. Good package, Poor communication

Good packaging and products however:

Customer service is unavailable after 6pm yet last packages are expected at 7pm
Delays and no communication at all from their riders so you're left in Limbo
I shared this shortcomings with the team but they didn't even acknowledge receipt or care to show they plan on addressing them...smh.
