Super easy and helpful

I live overseas and wanted to send a hamper to my family. The website was super easy to use and pay even though I was overseas. Once my order was made I realised I had made a mistake on the card and just emailed to change it with a reply coming back in fairly good time. Being able to organise in advance and have it delivered the day I wanted was perfect and all through the process I was updated; when the product was on its way, when delivered.
